SCAMMERS. Never respond to unknown cold callers or answer questions with yes because the call may be recorded and misused. Always report these scam attempts through the proper reporting channels so others are warned.

Missed call with no voicemail left. One of several very similar numbers contacting me recently. Appears to be part of an ongoing scam campaign.

Claimed to be about house repairs. The caller disconnected before I could properly respond. Sounds like another property related scam.

Sounded like an automated bot asking about damp and mould problems at my property. When I asked a random question to test it, the call disconnected straight away. Strongly suspect a scam system.

Same as others - male called claiming to be contacting regarding housing repairs and wanting to know if there were any cracks or mould that had been reported. Call came from a UK call centre his accent sounded like from Lancashire area but of course doesn’t mean that’s where they’re based. I don’t understand the objective but also didn’t get past the first question. He sounded frustrated and hung up…

Same as previous reviews, housing repairs company, told them i own and in a managed building. You could hear person sigh as I hung up

Scam call, block this number. My phone number is ex directory and they still got through.

They phoned about supposed housing repair problems like mould or leaks. I tried to explain that I rent and any issues are handled by the landlord, but the call felt suspicious and not legitimate.
