These are scammers they said they were council returning call about complaint it was an Indian accent as soon as I said I haven’t made any complaint and said I knew they were scammers they cut off the call

Picked up but stayed quiet with some tunes playing nearby. They hung on like listening then a tone came as they cut. On my end as i ended it heard faint chatter.
