This is safe. If you Google it, it comes up as an NHS service & I got the follow up NHS letter & text with this number to verify it. It's the NHS lung cancer screening service being rolled out across England at least for ages 50-74 if your NHS GP record shows you smoked at any point in your life. The number is to make an appointment for a telephone questionnaire from the NHS. The NHS are using an agency called xyla to make the appointment (this nmbr is the xyla number), they don't have access to your medical details, they just ask some ID questions & basic questions about whether you've smoked even if it was decades ago, & set up the date for the screening phone call for you with the NHS or Alliance Medical. It's a nationwide campaign to try & detect lung cancer earlier, like prostate or bowel cancer screening. You can Google NHS lung cancer screening. Not sure why others have marked it not safe. Website "who phoned me" has marked it as safe NHS/xyla
