Very irritating called. It was to do with warranty on my new rangemaster cooker. Wanted me to confirm my details which I refused as these days every time you buy an appliance you are harassed by these warranty companies. Kept talking over me so I put the phone down

This is a follow up call after purchasing to make sure you understand your warranty and check that everything is OK with the purchase you've made... They may ask for you to confirm your address but if you say no I don't want to (which is what I said) they provided the courtesy call as best they could without me confirming my identity and weren't pushy at all, in fact very friendly and emailed a link to the information they couldn't go through without confirming ID to the email address they had registered for the products warrenty which did come through to me. Just answer once and tell them you'd prefer not to be called again if that's your wish, if you get the chap I spoke to he's sure to respect your wishes.
