Said they were from EE and kept talking over me. Strong call centre background noise and would not accept no for an answer so I hung up.

Picked up and an AI sounding voice simply said goodbye before the line went dead. Very strange and pointless call.

They claimed Vodafone was replacing all SIM cards across the UK and that I needed to reset my phone while they send a new SIM. When I questioned them about my account details they could not answer properly. This was clearly a fraudulent attempt to gain access to personal information.
