Received a few calls from this number with the name Bogdan Fedyorvich. The second time, the person said something like “Matteo I thought this person was smart but he is a *****”. So now I am not sure if it is AI.

I think it's an AI bot scam. It knew my name and where I worked. Likely farming data and then doing social engineering scams. Pauses like 2 secs after every response whilst the AI is thinking.

Didn't answer but second time they left 3 second silent voicemail.

Called me twice within 20 mins whilst I was running a work meeting. Left a VM each time to say 'Fedorc - personal business matter'. No idea who it is but not going to call them back as it will signal that the number is active.
