I have had about 4 calls from this number this week. My phone has said its a possible Scam. I didn't answer

Received a text message from this number as I wasn't near my mobile. The text said they were from Sky Protect team, so I contacted SKY to check - nothing to do with them. They called again the next day and I answered to waste their time and give them a piece of my mind. The guy called "James" (English accent) said that I used to have SKY Protect which only protected my TV, but now I could add on 3 other devices for only £9.99 a month. Yeah, right!!! I let him prattle on for 3 minutes, then asked him to repeat as I didn't get all the information. He asked me if I wanted to start by adding my TV first. I (not so politely) told him I knew it was a scam, that I had reported it to SKY, to the ICO and would put it online as many places as I could find.

This number calls me at least twice a day, sometimes on my mobile too, I do not answer the phone as it would normally go to answer phone, but the caller never ever leaves a message, I really don't know who they are as I never actually answer thinking that if it is a genuine call they would leave a message

Female caller said she was from a warranty service asking about renewing Sky equipment coverage. Asked for account details which felt off.
