SCAM! Claimed to be a third party from EE offering to reduce my bill. I asked why the third party was calling from a random mobile number, and how am I supposed to know if this is/isn't a scam? They directed me to plan.com and said that's the company they work for... but I asked again, how do I know this mobile number is connected to plan.com? And then they went silent and hung up! SCAM SCAM!
