company called Yourmobile.com, working in relation with EE, called me out the blue as i run my own business, at first i was skeptical however after doing some research they are a legitimate business and ended up taking a deal out with them and reducing my Sim Deal and got me some benefits to my business

This call claims to be from EE (or O2) and comes from a British call centre! So it seems incredibly convincing. They claim they are doing an 'account review'; but don't seem to have any of your details and start asking a bunch of questions related to reducing the cost of your contract. EE or O2 will always contact you and confirm your details prior to any call taking place. If in doubt, hang up and call the O2's main network code (150 for EE, etc); to confirm whether they did contact you. If they can't confirm any of your details, then it's impossible to verify who they are.
