A female voice recording keeps calling from this number. The message cuts off part way through which feels like it is designed to trick people into calling back to hear the rest.

Received a call saying they were from "plan" asking about my O2 account. When I told them I was happy with my O2 plan they hung up immediately. At least they didn't outright lie and say they were from O2 and proper scam

A lady with a strong Indian accent called from Plan.com in regards to my O2 account. I am with Giff Gaff but I accept they use the O2 network. I asked this entitled creature why they call me. She hung up. I cannot believe I get so many calls from these people and they keep changing numbers. Where is the regulator?
