Never answer the mobile now as most calls are scam etc, if its legit the caller will leave a voice mail! Following the other comments here ive blocked the number.

Likely scam call: They claimed to be from Plan.com, a third-party company working with O2 Mobile. They knew I was self-employed and said they could offer me a better ‘business deal’ on my mobile plan. I told them I was happy with my current plan, but then they asked how much I was paying—which made me suspicious. Shouldn’t they already know that if they’re offering a better deal? As soon as I made it clear I had no interest and was happy with my plan, they ended the call immediately.

This number 07700 178714 keeps calling and harassing me for information on my contract plan. I'm sick of it. I've blacklisted the number but he still manages to call me. Claiming he is in partnership with my existing mobile provider.
