Paid my next bill online then got a text from this number saying I hadn't paid my bill. I then went back to Next to check my payment had gone through which it had. This is a scam number, nothing to do with Next, the number doesn't appear on their website as a number to call.

Caller claimed to be from Santander, asking odd questions about my account and requesting wage slips. Definitely suspicious.

Constantly messaging saying I’m in arrears and looking for payment claiming to be “Next”. I have no accounts with Next currently and never have had any previously.
