Market research company called Accent. They called me to do a survey regarding a recent contact I had with my water company.

Honestly, I don't think this was legit. They called me on my work phone and there was no reason to call me about "feedback" with anything. As i only talk to clients. the person also sounded sketchy and no one else would have my work number unless it was given out to someone who isnt trustworthy. I personally think this was to get more information out of me

This number called me to conduct a survey about my smart meter on behalf of Accent Market Research. The caller was polite & friendly. She clearly explained who the company was, the purpose of the research, and reassured me that it was a genuine research call rather than a sales call.

Market Research company called Accent, they contacted me on behalf of my water company and did a survey with me about some recent contact I had with them.

They have just interviewed me after I had a smart meter installed. They are a genuine research company called Accent which does work for gas, water, electricity companies, I have looked them up.
