The automated voice system was asking about grants for home improvement, very long gaps between ask a question and answering I refuse to use the word yes or no.

Will not stop calling about an energy scam and use multiple different numbers- every time you block one they call from another and another- this has been going on for years now and I cant get them to stop calling (its not a big call centre- its the same person almost every time, but they refuse to stop calling, even when ive cried and begged and explained that im disabled and getting to the phone is hard, they just won't stop. Worst cold callers ive ever dealt with in 50 years.

Constantly rings daily sometimes more than once. Happy sounding female voice but guessing it’s a recording as they talk over you even when you state you rent so won’t be interested in their offer.

Woman who rang called herself Jane and said she was from energy services she wouldn’t listen to what my elderly mother was telling her. She was very rude and pushy and ignored the fact that my mother said she was feeling unwell. It was abusive as she would not stop talking. My mother hung up. We were suspicious from the first as she mentioned no organisation or name apart from ‘Jane’.

Got called on my landline at 1218pm today from this number, came up as a nuisance caller did not answer it but cannot block via phone as list is full, so will be adding to list when I go onto provider's website and sorting it form there.
