Asking for full name bank details and all appliance info. Clearly gathering stuff to call back pretending we had a prior chat or something. Scam blocked fast.

SCAM. They tried the usual nonsense about giving discount on household appliances cover. Said reducing payment on a contract I don't even have. Hung up and blocked quick.
