I answered the first time and there was silence. Few hours later number called back

Didn’t say anything, then tried calling back. Don’t pick up.

Today I've been getting loads of calls, not answered any of them. The constantly ring back when blocked from a slightly different number. Some start with the 01548 area code followed by 248. Then the numbers vary after that. The other number is 0118 area code followed by 417. They even seem to cut themselves off before instantly calling back in quick succession. Upto 5 calls in a short burst. Of course it's dodgy by not only the slight variants of numbers after the general area and local area codes. But also how bloody desperate they are to get you to pick up. Blocking will only block each individual phone number so be patient.

not responded to missed call number. Had similar number from this area yesterday twice as missed call. Blocked both after reading on this website

This lot keep calling about supposed car finance assistance. It feels like they are running some sort of fraud. I have had enough and blocked them.
