This is an AI voice masquerading as a real person, asked for boss by name. It has a fake background noise to make it sound like it's calling from a real call centre, can't understand basic human conversation (I told it my boss was unavailable, it immediately began to address me as boss's name), has long pauses before responding and speaks with a natural-sounding voice but in a very robotic manner. Hung up.
