clearly an AI call given the slightly stilted deliver, had some information correct but mostly not. There was noisy call centre sounds in the background. I said nothing and there was silence, clear indicator it was AI. I then asked "is this a human?", more silence and then the line hanged up.

They have called me twice in two days. On both occasions, the phone rang only twice before they hung up. Based on this behaviour and the experiences reported by others above, I would treat this number as suspicious and potentially linked to scam calls.
