Claimed to be from positive energy saying I was paying to much for my electric by over 30%, told them that I was very happy to be paying to much and could'nt get enough of it and would happily pay more. Don't think these Indian call handlers understand what sarcasm is and hung up on me, very rude. If they want to waste my time I'm more than happy to waste there's.

Called up claiming to be from Positive Energy, asking for the listed director on companies house. I explained he isn't in the business on the daily and that explained that I could discuss the energy contracts. Called me a son-of-a-bi*ch and said I had no idea what he could do, like shut off the electricity supply lol
