Called but left no message. I don’t know anyone in Torquay so I am concerned.

Call Handler told me they were from SKY and said that customers had been complaining about network issues asking me if I had experienced the same to which I said I had and then she tried to offer me 40% off of my contract I told her I wasn't interested in and she tried to keep me on the phone. I then hung up.

Caller tried to start a conversation about replacing windows and doors. This was unsolicited and sounded like a generic sales script.
