Caller said his name was David. Wanting to offer 50% discount on windows and doors and recycle old ones.

Offered a free loft survey because it could be likely we have a damp issue and therefore dangerous mould. I politely declined the offer and told 'James' that our loft is bone dry. We are TPS and requested our number be removed from their list
