This number called me and claimed to be from Microsoft informing me about a security breach on my computer, which is impossible as I don't even have a computer.

Called at some unearthly time this morning. Talking about Microsoft, I do not have a computer! Not only that, I have nothing to do with Vodafone!!

As soon as I answered the telephone and said Good Morning, a voice (real or electronic) responded with a very short noise - not quite a word - and the line went dead.

Rang again although blocked. She rang again today, possibly window subject?. After I put phoned down she rang back aggressiovely asking why phone was put down!
