Slight foreign accent advising about landlines shutting down. Started to mention wifi. I told him that this is a wifi line, he ended the conversation. He gave his name as Alex.

I delayed answering, and when I did, they hung up I suspect it was a scammer.

several calls from this number I let it ring till the answering machine clicks in but no one ever speaks number now blocked

Foreign accent male and female say they are calling from BT suggesting reduction in tel + broadband package. They were asking about and wanted to confirm personal details. After I asked them for some personal details, the line was instantly cut off. Definitely scammers and con artists. Their phone number ; 01865 602647.
