claims to be calling from Smartest Energy, but its not them as I checked with the actual company. If you answer they will spam you with calls non stop

Scammers. Claimed to be calling from Smartest Energy, our electric supplier. Asked for a meter reading even though it's a smart reading, so asked them some security questions. They gave the wrong account number with full confidence expecting me to not look it up and just accept it. When I said it was wrong they hung up immediately.
