As others experienced, I picked up but know not to speak unless spoken to. Call was ended after a few seconds so I simply blocked it.

Call was flagged as possible spam. I answered but nobody was there so I blocked it afterwards.

Asked if we could hear them and then immediately questioned whether we were homeowners. Sounded suspicious from the start so we ended the call.
