A woman said she was an energy adviser for my local area and asked if I was the homeowner. As soon as I responded, she ended the call. I have also received similar unsolicited calls before which makes me believe this is not legitimate.

Call from London asking if I had any Leaks, Mould or Damp that needed sorting, second one today other was from 03301746111, this time it was an Indian speaking woman and she hung up when I said i had no problems, 100% a SCAMMER in my mind, GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Intentionally spoke so fast was hard to know who was calling. Established I was the householder and kept asking my age. When I questioned her need to know she put the phone down on me.

Also had a call from 'Jo' (female/well spoken) but talking about energy and in our area. Sounds convincing so may get vulnerable people who are not aware of this as a scam to continue to talk and give away their information. Seemed to happen when i logged on computer - worrying. Hung up - wish i had not answered the phone. Had to say hello twice before hung up as silence or caller not present initially or possibly rerouted to person they thought more likely respond to.
