Lisa Parson's from Acosta Claim Service claiming that she has got a report from RTA to say I may have been in a car accident. When I turned the tables and asked for her company name, her name, where she got my number from etc she got nervous and quickly hung up saying I'll take your number of the list. As I didn't know caller I pressed ignore......it then proceeded to recall me twice. When I just let it ring off, it stopped recalling. In all, 4 calls in less than a minute!

The number 020 3997 8455 is a suspected telepest / nuisance caller. I had the same experience as reported by some others. I received a cold-call from 02039978455 on 21 January. I missed the call. The caller did not leave a message. I tried calling the number back but the number 02039978455 is "not recognised". Clearly a telepest/nuisance caller hiding behind a bogus phone number. - caller: 02039978455

Answered the call and a Lady told me she was doing a confirmation call about the recent car accident. I asked what accident may that be and she repeated that it was a confirmation call so I asked where they had got that information and she told me from R T A statistics. Called by this number at 09.52 today. Missed it as phone on silent. Tried to ring back as my daughter lives in London and was worried it might be a hospital. Tried three times but number not a valid number. So how can they ring then? And why does number show on missed call? Anyway thanks to this site I have now blocked their number.

Had them call me multiple times, repeating the same things. On the 4th call I received from them, I told them I lived in America and didn't know what RTA meant and hung up on them. Woman asked if I had been involved in an accident, I said no, she asked if someone else at 'the address' had had an accident that wasn't their fault. Again I said no, no one at my address drives. She then goes on to say "That's really strange, the report I have here says one thing and you are saying another, let me just double check it"....then hung up on me. This is the second time I have had the same conversation but from a different number this time.
