Indian sounding woman said she was from Vodafone promotion department offered me a discounted upgrade, I asked her to look at my details and tell me what phone I had (she couldn't tell me) I said you have my email address send the offer details to it. She kept trying to get my personal details, so I told her she was scammer and ended the call.

Very similar experience: long delay before they spoke; noise in background; strong accent. As with others on here, I asked for specifics and she just hung up.

Called pretending to be from Currys/PC World, Strong Indian accent. Alarm bells ring to point to a scam most likely from New Delhi in India. Be aware, these scammers are criminals! DO NOT answer the phone to this number! Tried to phone this number back and it just drops after 2 attempts of dialling, spoofed number.

Answered even though dubious because I didn't recognize the number. It was clearly an Indian woman with a very strong accent claiming to be from Curry's Plc, As I've never had any dealings with that company I had to ask her a couple of times what did she say, the line was awful and you could hear countless people in the background. She hung up on me. Clearly a potential scam.

I've been called 20 or more times from this number it's harassment and very annoying If you block it they use a different extension numbers instead
