Hello, my name's Mike. I'm calling about the housing repair problems you reported. Lots of 'call centre' type background noises. Mike- sounded like a vaguely computerised voice. Clearly a fishing call looking for scam potentials.

Automated message saying something about Housing Services. Was going to have a bit of sport with it, but they hung up. That's my fun ruined!

Some kind of automated response or soundboard (well spoken male english voice). Sounds quite convincing but doesn't do well when you ask unexpected questions. Hung up when I suggested it sounds artificial.

Indian man asking about housing problems,leaks, damp etc . Claimed it had been reported yet when I asked "who by?" He hung up! Very suss.

Call started with hello how are you today. Clearly a RAN didn't say anything and it continued to say he was calling from the housing assosiation about the problems I reports. I hung up at that point.

This is an automated message from someone pretending to be a housing officer and asking specific questions requiring a specific response to then go and use your details for fradulent activites ie logging onto somewhere where you are required to answer yes/no questions as ID check.

Called on 30 November 2022- at 16.18 approx. Hung up when answered.
