He just rang, 5.15pm o the 3rd July, said they work for councile re housing repairs, and mentioned damp and mold. I asked him for the address of the property he was referring to and he just repeated he works for councils, so when I asked him again for the address of the property he's referring to he hung up! British accent, well spoken, clearly a scammer of some sort

Same as others who reported today. I said 'hello', he said 'hello, how are you today?, I said 'Who are you?', he said 'I am ringing about your housing issues', I said 'Goodbye'.
