called elderly neighbourm, he had her name nd address then asked if she had a washing machine and if so how old was it, then proceeded to have a conversation about his age being 20 and asked her if she was in her 70's or 80's, she unfortuneatly replied and told him she was in her 80's then he asked if she had a dog, which she said she did.. she then hung up on him
