The user was trying to access my password and account information over the phone. They start by asking for your personal details and then go on to say that they will provide an email directly from vodafone and they will confirm the details you give them. This is them trying to get you to confirm the the 8 character numbers needed to access your account and change your details. The email you receive actually tells you not to share these over the phone. If you try to refuse, the user becomes aggressiive (he's probably quite a small guy) . Just hang up.
