Said they were from tesco mobile and i could get half price, did not believe approach or message so put phone down.

Started rattling on about changes in government legislation and how it may affect state pension payments before I told him I wasn't interested in what he had to say and terminated the call. He was in full flow at the time and very difficult to interrupt. I got the distinct impression the call would have become harassing if I hadn't cut him off !
