The caller stated my property was on a list for energy efficiency improvements including loft insulation. They attempted to make it sound like an official government backed initiative but failed to provide any written confirmation or verifiable credentials. When questioned further, they became vague and repeated the same scripted explanation. Highly concerning behaviour.
