Rand today from Hull number. Immediately launched in to the renewal phase of the conversation. I told her to send the information by email, she was abrupt saying "we don't send renewals by email" So I said I don't but services online. She muttered something and hung up. Very unprofessional. She obviously has a daily target and with a little more politeness she may have added me to her scalps. Not today

Vodafone. Broadband up for renewal so called me and made it 10 quid cheaper. Number checked at start of the call on the "is it Vodafone calling" on their website.

Not sure if it's Vodaphone or not, very unprofessional and rude so probably is them as their customer service is shocking.

Called to day, confirmed month of birth but when said i would not confirm my year got agressive. Told him did not trust cold cals, asked confirm what service i was already on, would not and said process did not work hat way, Informed him i am vodafone employee to which said, then you shoulkd know the number he called from. Advised did not show as a vodaphone number just generic mobile. and i work in security for vodafone, to which they hung up no answer. Even if proved to be vodafone, poor script reading and very poor customer service.

This was a call from Vodafone updating me about my broadband and that it was due for renewal. Managed to renew it for slightly less than what I was paying prior. Initially thought it was spam, but it wasn't

This was vodafone broadband retention team wanting to make an appointment- this morning I had looked into leaving vodafone broadband and started the process with SKY. Of course Sky alerted Vodafone the intention of removing them and setting theirs up.
