They introduced themselves as being from British Gas, that I had called them on the phone and that I wanted to end working with British Gas, that I was moving to a new address, it was harassment for me

i have gotten a call from this number and this is correct. it is the british gas retentions team and i even got this confirmed with the customer services team as well to double check

Just switched to another supplierr from British Gas and they keep calling although I haven't picked up. They emailed and texted me as well.
