Called pretending to be from sky . We dont have sky .

I have registered with TPS and when my mobile phone didn’t ring, but lit up, I could see that they were screening the call that was coming from Chipping Norton, England. Once call was not answered and disconnected, I googled the number to see that it was from a “dodgy” source. I have now blocked the number. I would advise registering with TPS and when- saves a lot of hassle!

Called me and didn't leave a message. Therefore I presume it was a wrong number as otherwise they would have said something. Blocked them so they needn't worry about accidently disturbing me again.

Caller said they were from a telecom company dealing with business services but the property is residential so the call made little sense.

Caller claimed to represent a telecom related company regarding a business broadband service. When asked what they wanted they ended the call immediately which made it look suspicious.

Picked up, nobody spoke, hung up

Supposedly called from BT about the digital upgrade. Wanted to book their engineers in for an am or pm visit. Phone line goes dead when you inform them there is no mobile number! Scammers.

Said they were from BT Business. Hung up on me when I would not give details.

Silent call. The usual call drop sounds which say that a human was unavailable to take the call. Illegal behaviour in the uk. Says a lot about the company. They just don’t care about you and they don’t care about the law or regulations.

Someone calling about loft insulation checks and energy efficiency improvements. It sounded like a cold call trying to sell services.
