Definitely a scam call about Housing problems and Mould in the home. I did find out that they cannot block return calls and you can have some fun annoying them (never give out any personal details via a cold call)

Said he was Harry from a housing agency with the council asking about mould or damp in the house. When I asked what house he just said he was with the council. I then said he sounded like an AI and he hung up

Saying that I reported a problem with the property told them no I haven’t they then say wrong number called

Called claiming I had told my council I needed housing repairs. When I said I hadn't reported any, they kept asking me to repeat that. Hung up and blocked.

Claimed to work on behalf of Council and Housing Associations, Asked for Company name. Said was in Compliance Team. Asked again - same answer. Asked again - he put the phone down,, now blocked... obviously a scammer / phisher..
