Called claiming to be from my housing repair team. I actually have ongoing issues being managed by multiple named people and contractors. I asked for confirmation of the department/organisation, the caller tried to divert back to specifics. I said i needed to know their name, organisation etc to continue the call and of they wouldn't provide it i would end it. They then immediately disconnected the call. It was really confusing, intrusive and frightening as i am fairly exhausted with the genuine housing repairs and was glad i still had my witts about me to do basic safety checks. Stay safe everyone.
