Female,not from England said she’s calling from London vodaphone but when I called back it’s say energy department

Called 1106 hrs today. Caller foreign accented, female calling about recent damage to house. We’ve had no damage.

Came up as a nuisance call on BT so did not answer. Then was called later from 01388 300878 which din't come up as a nuisance call. The call was about insulation. Caller rang off once they had established we had converted our loft.
