Called me today (15/04/26) claiming to be a housing repairs company and enquiring about the recent complaint I made to damp & mould in my home that I did not make. When advising I haven't put a complaint in, he said we must have got the wrong number and terminated the call. Clearly a scam.

Claimed to be offering housing repair services and falsely said they were linked to councils nationwide. Clearly misleading so I blocked the number.
