Multiple calls from this robocall scammer, even thought ex-directory (but listed with TPS).

User reported 0131 231 2301 as Dangerous

A computer generated voice rang my TPS registered number asking "Hello, can you hear me OK?". I didn't say anything and they ended the call.

User reported 0131 231 2301 as Harassing

This seems to be a real person, then you realise it's actually a computerised system which asks a question and then waits for a response. These firms seem to ignore the TPS and do as they like.

I didn't answer as number not recognised by me. At least it stopped after6 or 7 rings

User reported 0131 231 2301 as Dangerous

As above heating scam.

User reported 0131 231 2301 as Harassing

As above. "Can you hear me?" Robocall. it ignores what you say. I.e. Have you heard of TPS?" & carries on with selling insulation. I hung up.

User reported 0131 231 2301 as Neutral

Did not recognise the number so left it to the answer machine. The caller hung up without leaving any message.

A caller named Jane tried to sell solar panels and was very persistent. She sounded scripted and would not take no for an answer.

User reported 0131 231 2301 as Harassing

Automatic message left. Asking if I'm a home owner, then mentioned solar panels.

User reported 0131 231 2301 as Harassing

Call received with no voicemail left. Behaviour suggests a nuisance or automated dial.

User reported 0131 231 2301 as Harassing

Automated call continued speaking even after mentioning TPS registration.

User reported 0131 231 2301 as Harassing

Semi automated call promoting solar panels and similar services.

User reported 0131 231 2301 as Dangerous

Another 'can you hear me o.k' caller, rang off and blocked, scam.

User reported 0131 231 2301 as Dangerous

Male voice asked "can you hear me?". I didn't respond to avoid scam consequences.

User reported 0131 231 2301 as Harassing

Did not answer the call and no message was left so nothing to go on.

User reported 0131 231 2301 as Harassing

Junk call trying to sell solar panels. Clearly unsolicited.

User reported 0131 231 2301 as Dangerous

Male voice asked if I could hear him. I avoided saying yes and rang off. I have read warnings about this opening gambit, so thanks to whoever sends out such advice.

User reported 0131 231 2301 as Dangerous

Landline rang with someone claiming to discuss windows and doors. The voice sounded artificial and scripted, suggesting an automated system rather than a real person. Likely a scam attempt.

User reported 0131 231 2301 as Dangerous

Unsolicited calls.

User reported 0131 231 2301 as Dangerous

Dave from ''Windows & Doors Ltd.'' called and asked me how I was doing today!!! I told him that I don't respond to cold-callers other than to block their number to avoid them calling again.

User reported 0131 231 2301 as Dangerous

Called yesterday, then asks if I can hear him…English voice trying to sell double glazing, but although I talked back to him, think it was not a real person as did not reply to me,,,AI perhaps ?.

User reported 0131 231 2301 as Dangerous

Unknown number not answered and no message left. Based on pattern likely scam.

User reported 0131 231 2301 as Dangerous

Call starts with a question asking if you can hear them and then goes silent. This behaviour is often linked to scam tactics.

User reported 0131 231 2301 as Dangerous

Insulation related scam call. Calling back leads to an automated system which confirms it is not a legitimate service.
