Recorded voice. Something to do with energy/roof. I didn't answer any questions just asked what the call was, so it kept repeating until it gave up. I'm sick of these calls.

As with others, the young man at the other end shouted "can you hear me?" obviously seeking the answer "yes" which I think then leads you to a scam call. Instead, I asked him who was calling and he ended the call without answering.

Automated call about Government loft insulation in the last 20 years being supposedly illegal. Best thing to do is waste their time by giving witty answers to anything the machine says, because the machine will plough on regardless, promising that manager will call within 30 minutes to follow this up. I said my name was Keir Starmer aged 468 !! Blocked using 1572.

Automatic phone message about loft insulation and "government grants" for replacement . No physical person at the other end of call.

Did not pick up call as did not recognise the number on the display. Message left was ‘home improvements might be on this list’ Sounded like it was automated.

Energy spam call

User reported 0131 231 2304 as Harassing

Missed call on a landline and unable to block easily. No indication of a legitimate reason for contact.

User reported 0131 231 2304 as Harassing

Automated call about windows and doors. Clearly unsolicited and likely part of a scam campaign.
